|Kathy J. Ricci, CEO/Executive Director
As the UMLF’s CEO/Executive Director, Kathy has assisted small businesses in Utah through counseling, training and financing for thirty years. She loves helping to make a difference for Utah entrepreneurs and is an avid supporter of woman and minority owned businesses. She holds B.S. degrees in Management and Finance as well as an MBA from the University of Utah.
| Danielle Lower, Assistant Director/Manager of Client Support Services
Having prior experience with the UMLFL, Danielle Lower is well suited to assist with the organization’s management and oversee the delivery of support to our clients. She has 15 years of experience providing counseling and training to small businesses and was founder of the Women’s Business Institute at Salt Lake Community College. She is co-designer of and primary instructor for the very successful Banking on Women™. She has over 12 years of experience in banking and holds an MBA from Westminster College.
| Alisia Wixom, Loan and Technical Assistance Officer
With a B.S. Degree in Economics, Alisia was most recently a senior project manager for the Utah Education Higher Assistance Authority. She has also been a project manager at Morgan Stanley Bank and the Salt Lake City Redevelopment Agency. Prior to that she was an underwriter for Bank of America and has served on the loan committee for the Salt Lake City Economic Development Loan Fund.
|Andi Catmull, Accounts Manager
Andi adeptly manages important account relationships with UMLF borrowers. She thoughtfully works with them to resolve payment challenges that work to the benefit of both the UMLF and the small business owner. With over 30 years of experience in collections, she has also owned several small businesses.
